A weather warning is in place in many parts of Ireland this morning after heavy rain and strong winds overnight.

Parts of Dublin, Cork and Waterford are already experiencing mild to severe flooding - and a further 50mm of rain is expected tonight.

Trains and buses nationwide have also been affected, while GardaĆ have urged road users to take care.
