Have You Heard the Hip Hop Album Created by Kids in Cork?

A hip hop track, created by primary school kids in Cork, is getting airplay across the nation this week.

The track called ‘I wish Farranree had a Beach’ is taken from their album completed during weekly hip hop workshops in school.

The tracks were made by students from second class (about 7-8 years old) and upwards from Scoil Íosagáin.

The project is run by GMC workshops, designed to help people write record and produce hip hop music on their own. The workshops take place in schools and youth groups.
