A New Dublin Bus Route to ... Pristina?

Louisa Ní Éideáin captured this, somewhat out of place, Dublin Bus stop sign in a garden in Kosovo!

She said: “I never held Dublin Bus to be a paragon of planning however I did not expect to find a bus stop in downtown Pristina. Is this an expanded route for the 66?”
