Trinity Students to Carry Olympic Torch

A group of Trinity students and alumni will be carrying the Olympic torch through the streets of Dublin on June 6 ahead of the London 2012 games. Students Áine Ní Choisdealbha, Natalya Coyle, Mark Kenneally, and alumnus Mark Pollock will all participate in the torch relay. Watch the video below to hear the students discuss the upcoming event. According to the uploader, “Trinity College Dublin is the only Irish university to participate in the relay which includes 31 other universities across the UK as well as Queen’s University Belfast in Northern Ireland.”
