Image of the Day: Standing on the edge of Northern Ireland

This fantastic image taken at Grey Point near Belfast in Northern Ireland was captured by photographer Neil Carey and featured as the photo of the day on Lokofoto.

But how did he do it? 

This one was a ten minute exposure, with steel wool spinning for about 30 seconds, and some light painting on the rocks with LED torches. Taken with 400d and sigma 10-20mmm at f7.1, ISO 200.
