I was born in the Bronx, USA. My Mother was born in Sligo and my Paternal Grandfather was born in Manchester and his parents were married in Mayo. My wife, Eileen and I have three terrific children and one terrific daughter in law. Eileen and I were in Ireland in 1974 and we are looking to go back soon, hopefully for the Great Gathering. I am writing a book about what it was like to grow up in the Bronx back in the day and my Irish permeates the grandness of it.
