These were and are great Dubliners who have preserved a great culture, tradition and faith alive. They survived and thrived in hard times

Youth Space is organised by the CYC - Catholic Youth care and has evening prayer and song each day with prayer and reflection in the evening

Some notable things; The Chaplaincy to the Defence forces have a major exhibition all in Army tents outside the Simmonscourt Pavillion

I am always humbled by the solidarity of the neighbours and families here in the parish when someone dies. Huge crowds turn out to support

Before that I am saying prayers for a local woman who died yesterday. The removal service is at 5.30 and her funeral Mass is tomorrow...

At Cologne the Capuchin Friars in Germany opened a Cafe for the week of WYD. It was aptly called "Cafe Cappuccino" Must tell you the history

I remember being at World Youth Day in Cologne in 2005. WYD is an event culminating in a meeting with the pope and young people...

One of the main things happening for the #IEC2012 is the 7 Church Pilgrim Walk. 7 of the oldest churches in Dublin city (a Dublin Camino)

....The hardest is the driving test.

As I said earlier; continued good luck to those doing exams. and remember, the Leaving Cert. is the 2nd hardest exam you'll ever have to do.
